Nov 28, 2007 -- We want to update our customers as to why our embroidery waiting time has increased. We do not do our own embroidery, but rely on another company for this. Your jacket is sent to them the day we receive your order. They are in the business to do embroidery and do not stop what they are doing to run our jackets. You will find this same scenario no matter where you have your jacket embroidered. It will remain this way until we are able to do the embroidery work ourselves.
We have experimented with several embroidery companies, and have found that some have a quick turnaround time, but lack in the quality of the embroidery. Our company that we are currently using has produced some of the finest looking jacket fronts and back’s that we have seen, but are taking a bit more time to get them completed. We have also been able to increase and offer you more choices and embroidery options then ever before. We have decided to choose “Quality over Quantity” even if it takes a week or two more to ship your finished jacket. We think most of you will agree.
We are at our busiest time of the year because of the cold weather and the Christmas holiday approaching. This in itself will cause delays do to the increase of jackets that we will run. Please be patient and give our embroidery company time to complete your finished jacket. We encourage your phone calls and emails inquiring about your order, although we may not be able to give you an answer on it’s status.
