Here is a great way to personalize your new jacket by adding your Name, Rank, or Department both on a single name tape. Choose from our list of color combinations and which pocket from the options list. In the empty box, type in the names you wish to have embroidered on your name tape. They must all be Capital Letters. Please include all spaces and periods. Only one name per order. If ordering multiple names, keep adding them to your cart.
